It looks like, for some reason, your page doesn’t contain some of the mandatory / required tags for a player card (specifically twitter:player). I’m not sure why this should apply to your page and not to some others - I just checked the @twitterdev videos on YouTube and they appear to have the correct markup. Since we don’t control how YouTube adds markup to their site, I’m afraid you’ll need to ask them why this is happening.
