I am attempting to create a Card on ads.twitter.com. When I try to upload an image, I get the “Your media did not upload. Try again. (Error: 131)” error message.
Could this possibly be some unknown internal issue or is this an issue on my end? I’ve never encountered this error before.
Hi @SamSchmir, if you are experiencing an issue on ads.twitter.com (and not the API), please use the “help” menu item in the top-right. There will be a section for “tweets, cards & videos” where you can submit a question to the support team. Make sure you scroll to the bottom where the form is.
