“Your account is ineligible to participate in the Twitter Ads program”?

When I go to the ads.twitter.com and try to log in, I get the same page popping up with the “Your account is ineligible to participate in the Twitter Ads program. Learn more about Twitter Ads eligibility.”

I’ve reviewed the “Twitter Ads eligibility” pages, but it’s quite vague and found no help.

I can’t login to the Twitter Ads area as I get the “ineligible to participate” message for that also. and no Help? button on top right corner.

I have managed several business accounts until now, but never happened before with a new account.

Is there someone I can contact?

Hi @DoYouOutdoor,

Is this a brand new Twitter account? If so, please take some steps to set up the Twitter account like adding a profile pic, bio, link to your website, and some tweets! If you are totally brand new with no prior activity, then the system will think you are more likely to push spam via the ads program.

Are you still having this issue? Please try visiting https://business.twitter.com/ and see if you can click on the “Try Twitter Ads” button on the top right.
