IT says that the account is ineligible so I clicked on the link learn more about ads eligibility.
In the why my account is ineligible section there is a paragraph:
If you would like your account to be reviewed by our team, please file a support ticket. To do this, log in to ads.twitter.com and file a support ticket using the Help? button in the top right corner of your ads dashboard.
However impossible to file a support ticket and no button in the top right corner.
Same issue has been raised before and discussion closed with no proper solution by @jaakkosf why?
