Is there any mobile phone attestation in Japan?

Please teach me how to register API.

私も昨晩から同様の事象が起きておりました。

しかし、先ほどTwitterアカウントにログインし、
「設定」→「モバイル」→空メール送信して「メルアド登録」をしたところ、
正常に新しいアプリを登録することができました。

これってどうやってTwitterアカウントと携帯メールアドレスを紐付けているのでしょうか？
不思議でなりません。

メールに記載のURLにアクセスすると認証を通るので、そこで紐付けされるのですね。
