Hi, yesterday we received a Twitter notification about only read access. On https://apps.twitter.com/ it was indicated that our app was blocked and had read only access. As soon as we noticed this situation we requested for API Key reactivation and after that we got an email indicating that we had violated Twitter terms of service.
We made a full documentation review and we where unable to find what could have caused our API Key to get blocked.
We are worried because the email pointed that new policy violations could result on permanent suspension, but we have no clue about what we did wrong. Our app is working according to Twitter terms since 2014 with no mayor changes.
Is there any way we can get more feedback?
