Finally, after waiting God knows how long I got this:

The problem is about 60% of my users still use the www which means I need the www to work for Twitter Cards.
I was approved for a wildcard so why doesn’t the www work?
Do I need to do something with my .htaccess file?
Nobody here ever replies and I’ve been waiting so long I have started answering other people’s questions out of boredom, pity.
Twitter isn’t a little website with one or two guys working in their basement on an old, dusty server, I expect fast fixes and fast responses.
You guys should hire me because maybe then Twitter Cards would work for everybody if you did.
