I tried this url in the Twitter Card validator and not shown me as it should:

The image you’re serving for the twitter:image tag is nearly 8Mb in size and very large. I suspect this is probably what is causing it not to show in the validator. There are also spaces in the filename, which could be another issue. I’m not sure.

I resized the image to 184.7 Kb and remove the spaces and still got the issue.
OK. Had you previously validated the card, but without an image / or as a regular summary card? This could be a caching issue.
