WP to Twitter for multiply users?

Dear developers,

For my website i’m using the WP to Twitter plugin for wordpress and it works great.

But is it possible that other twitter users can use this app also that i created?
So that the app can requested by a url and people see the authorize page and after authorization my posts will display in their timeline?

Can this be done?

u can let your friends use of your api codes than see it word to them timeline of not!
i think it can be done if they use of same codes with you. i try this never so ui i’m not sure.

But i’ve a question than you?
when you using of this plugin it not use most of your host cpu?
