WordPress Maximus template and Twitter feed

I requested the API key and secret so that I could enter it into the Maximus template I chose on WordPress - but the Twitter feed still isn’t coming through on the footer of my website after I entered that information and our twitter handle. Can anyone help?

p.s. We are using the Maximus Twitter Widget - that’s where I entered username, consumer key and consumer secret.
