Wordpress cards not syncing real-time to Twitter

Description of issue:
We are trying to source the link from Wordpress to Twitter and tweet out the. copy, but the description/title set from Wordpress is not syncing to Twitter real-time. It takes 3-7 days of lag time. What could be the issue?

We have refreshed the system/tried other browser/other computer
We have checked with Twitter ads operations team
