With one image media id, does twitter allow multi status with same that image media id?

I try call update status API (has image), but sometime get error status is a duplicate.
But I try search tweet with that status context, I found no tweet.
So I wonder problem occur is image media id.

No, you cannot associate the same media ID with more than one Tweet.
