Will reconnecting to the public streaming API every 10 minutes cause a 420 Rate Limited Error?

I’m building a server to consume tweets from the public streaming API and sends them out to mobile clients.
I know longest lived connections to the public streaming API are best but I can keep my server instance free if I restart the instance every 10 minutes.
Is that too frequent and will it result in my account be rate limited?

It’s not ideal, but you probably won’t trigger the connection rate limiting at that rate.

I have use case similar to above, For my client i establishing public stream connection. if client alters search params(follow or tract), i need to disconnect the stream and reconnect with new updated params. This disconnect and reconnect happens in a couple of second. While connecting i got rate limit. Its connected when after few seconds/minute.

Please help me to go in correct way.
