Will the code for embedded tweets stop working when API 1.1 takes over

For example, will this code example shown on https://dev.twitter.com/docs/embedded-tweets stop working or need modification?

While I can’t say whether embedded tweets will ever become deprecated, there are no plans to deprecate it in any near-term future.

In any case, the embedded tweets widgets will not be affected by the retirement of API v1.
