Widget not working?

#1

I have the folloing in my source code for a twitter widget:

			<script>
            new TWTR.Widget({
              version: 2,
              type: 'profile',
              rpp: 1,
              interval: 30000,
              width: 'auto',
              height: 76,
              theme: {
                shell: {
                  background: '#ffffff',
                  color: '#000000'
                },
                tweets: {
                  background: '#fffcff',
                  color: '#140714',
                  links: '#07b6eb'
                }
              },
              features: {
                scrollbar: false,
                loop: false,
                live: false,
                hashtags: true,
                timestamp: false,
                avatars: false,
                behavior: 'all'
              }
            }).render().setUser('adventurehut').start();
            </script>

However, IE gives me a “Object doesnt support this property or method” message and the tweet box remains empty.

Can anyone help please?

I had the same code, and it will not work.
I went into the twitter settings and created the timeline widget specific to the owner, then placed into the web page. Works now, but very little customization allowed.

It sounds like you are using the legacy timeline widget, which was retired last week: [node:18450]

We definitely recommend exploring our Embedded Timelines product to replace this.

My twitter feed has disappeared from my website. I’ve read everything about the retired API, and I created a new widget using the settings menu. I plug the code into my site and all I get is a text link “Tweets by @nellcoinc” that links people to my twitter feed on twitter. I want the embedded feed. Here’s the code you generated for my feed. Looks right but doesn’t work. Ideas?
