We have attempted to insert a twitter feed widget on our website, located here: http://technology.newmarket.k12.nh.us/
The feed will display properly if I am logged into chrome using my domain email account, but it will not display properly for users NOT logged into chrome, or when using IE. (We do not use Firefox in our district.)
By using “Inspect element” in CHROME I am able to pull this error from the console:
https://cdn.syndication.twimg.com/widgets/timelines/661183438582620160?call…ocial.googleusercontent.com&lang=en&suppress_response_codes=true&t=1607388 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)
When using “Inspect Element” in INTERNET EXPLORER, I am able to pull this error:
Failed to open http://f43jpcshd2t8sb0i9tlcoep2bjdq569d-a-sites-opensocial.googleusercontent.com/gadgets/ifr?url=https://sites.google.com/a/newmarket.k12.nh.us/technology/Twitter%20Embed.xml&container=enterprise&view=default&lang=en&country=ALL&sanitize=0&v=2ce2c5587ab2586c&libs=core&mid=182&parent=http://technology.newmarket.k12.nh.us/
As far as I can tell, this widget is working for people outside of our network, but it is not working INSIDE of our network. It may be clocked by our firewall… but we’re not able to tell what could be getting blocked.
Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated.
