Why twitter doesn't provide web intent with image?

I have a question why twitter doesn’t provide web intent with an image.

We have only the way that we know user’s key and post an image instead.

Can you tell me why you guys don’t give this function?

And also, why twitter doesn’t parse image url for displaying image?
Because of a secure issue?

We don’t provide a way to upload an image in web intents, sorry about that. We are aware it’s a missing functionality and definitely hear your feedback here that you want it.

We do not parse image url, but you could do something similar with Twitter cards markup. For more help on that, try the cards category of this forum.
