It sounds like you’re interested in being able to pull a list of apps that the account has promoted, something like the screenshot below (or like the drop down list in the Campaign Form). Is that right?

If so, the Ads API does not have (and has never had) this functionality. (Note: /line_item_apps did not return the same information as the screenshot above.)
