I need to access Twitter v2 API butu I am unable to find an option to connect my existing standalone app with a existing project.
Because there currently is no option for v2 access and standalone apps I believe is the short answer.
Yeah, but in their documentation they mentioned that we can connect an standalone app to a project and the project will have v2 access hence that app will. And I am unable to find that option to connect app to the project.

At this time unfortunately it is only possible to have a single project, and a single app in that project. This is very frustrating for everyone (including for me!) but if you have more than one standalone app and just one project, we have to ask you to be patient while we scale up access to v2 and projects etc.

Yes, I do have a approved Developer Account and
Yes, I do have a project in my dashboard (the project contains one app, and another app that is standalone which I am not getting the v2 API for)
That sounds correct, right now you can only have the one v2 project and attached app. Any standalone apps have access to v1.1.
