Why haven't I heard from the support team yet?


I got suspended on the 20th December with no email telling me why, I have made many an appeal asking to unsuspend my account with no answer & no luck. It’s now the 2nd of January & I’m feeling very ignored by twitter support.

Not only that , my sister emailed on my behalf and was told that I wasn’t suspended !!! But got an answer straight away! And Ive been waiting 2 weeks!!

I haven’t done anything wrong and if I have I apologise and will stick by he rules as I’ve now read through them countless times. Can someone answer me though?
