above URL clearly explains that we can use these tags while sharing article/URL on Twitter but when I share article with these tags, they are not rendered. Do anyone know the reason of this or I am doing something wrong?
You’re no doing anything wrong, those tags are simply not used in cards anymore. You don’t need to set them.

This is fair, @IgorBrigadir is accurate. The cards documentation is long overdue for some updates. The values in those tags are not rendered in the Twitter apps today. Those tags are not currently relevant.
