https://dev.twitter.com/docs/api/1/get/followers/ids has Requires Authentication? Yes
When I launch an incognito window upon http://twitter.com/#!/dataportability/followers I can see curl -s “api.twitter.com/1/followers/ids.json?cursor=-1&user_id=11389112” which works without authentication.
Urm… am I missing something?
