Why can't Twitter server handshake the server?

I created a product of some company, and set up Web server ( https://www.mekuri.co/ ) with SSL.
I set up Twitter card, and tested on this server, but I got the message below.

ERROR: Fetching the page failed because SSL handshake error.

This is caused by the handshake error between Twitter server and our Web server, but I can’t know why it is caused.

Resolved. Apache must be configured ServerName
