Why aren't images showing up when I create a Twitter Card?

I’m using Blogger and the images are uploaded to Blogger (which says it uses Picasa).

When I go to validate, it shows the picture, although sometimes it will say something about “Failed to get proxied image URL”

maybe image is too small or most probally you are not properly using twitter card in blogger.
