Whitelist Error when trying to apply for Twitter Photo Card

My domain, *.wedgies.com is already approved for large_summary_cards. I’m trying to apply for photo cards.

But after pushing the “Request Approval” button on the Twitter Card Validator, I get the form to fill out and then I get an error that says

"Something went wrong and your request to be added to the whitelist failed. Please try again.

Reason: Internal error when processing the whitelist request"

Any help is appreciated.
