I tried to approve/white list my site using the validator for

shopswell

whitelist request failed

(cryptic)

and I tried to verify my site for analytics

Welcome to Shopswell

Website ownership cannot be verified. Please add the metatag to your site.

and both result in errors, despite the present of all required data, which I have double and triple confirmed from multiple computer and by multiple people.

Help please.
