I’m not certain that the contributor endpoints are current / supposed to be exposed. I believe Twitter4J is probably mapping them since the docs exist, but I think the endpoints are outdated. I’ll look into that.

What are you trying to achieve?

Dear andypiper, i just want to get an array of users that the specified user can contribute to. OR
an array of users who can contribute to the specified account.

That information is not relevant, since that feature is not part of the public API.
