I have checked followings but I can not find rate imited and prices for paid developers.
I would like to Twitter show me them.

The rate limits you list are for everyone, free and paid. It doesn’t change if you sign up for premium or paid.
The Enterprise account you list above, is more expensive than premium. I recommend you first upgrade to premium then if you need more inquire about Enterprise account.
Regarding the premium API pricing, when you sign up to the developer dashboard you can see the pricing for each API. But you can find some of them here:
