Where can we get the updated sign-up API?

We have integrated with Twitter sign-up API for years. It was working fine up to a couple weeks ago.
We got an error saying that REST API v1 is no longer active, and we would need to migrate to v1.1. However, we don’t see the sign-up call in this new version. Any ideas where we can find this sign-up call?
