When transferring app ownership to different account what will happen to app secret and existing user access tokens?

Hi,

I have plan to transfer the ownership of a app from one account to another. I know it can be done via https://support.twitter.com/forms/platform

My concern is after the transferring will it change
consumer key, consumer secret and access token data of each user who authorized the app.

They will not be effected unless the new owner resets the consumer key.
