When Am posting my tweet without special character it posting correctly but if string contain any special character it throw an exception 401

Am Facing issue when posting tweet on twitter using API: https://api.twitter.com/1.1/statuses/update.json
The ContentType = “application/x-www-form-urlencoded;charset=UTF-8”;
signatureMethod = “HMAC-SHA1”;
WebResponse authResponse = authRequest.GetResponse(); is throwing an exception.
