We have had a few of our clients have their accounts put into a suspended mode that requires re-authentication to use again. We believe this may be associated with them using our service, but our APIs have not be limited and if their account is not in this suspended mode, everything on our end works. It’s the account that is being affected and not our 3rd party service. Is there something that we could be doing to cause this? I find it odd that we could be causing it if our service is unaffected.
