What would cause a domain to no longer return as approved?

I’m working with a mutual user whose domain was approved previously, but at least as of this morning, was returning as not approved.

Example: https://twitter.com/DublinLitter/status/397731153169231872 worked
A recent one: https://twitter.com/DublinLitter/statuses/404915415639273472 does not.

Any ideas/suggestions are appreciated.
