What to put in call back URL for localhost

Hi,

I want to add Twitter login but application in which i am gonna put is still under development (.net) .

Can you please tell me how to put "http://localhost:59813/Twitterizer-Web/2-MultipleUser/Default.aspx"
This URL in call back URL

try using 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost
