What the limits of API/Twitter?

Didnt find info about the limits about to using Twitter [API]?

How much/per day I can follow other users, replies them, do favor other tweets etc??

There are two places to find this information:

1. The Developer Site documents several of the API limits
2. The Support pages document the “create” actions like numbers of Tweets, DMs etc.

I dont saw any information how to avoid this “agressive following”. Is there any specific rules or its AI based functionality?

The determination of “aggressive following” is adaptive and may vary with the behaviour of different applications. We don’t publish specific numbers on these operations for this reason.
