What is the rate limit for an app on GET users/search?

Pertaining to app-only authentication, is there a rate limit for apps for GET users/search? I noticed on some of the documentation the app rate limits are listed and some they aren’t. If they aren’t is that an indication that it is not available to apps?

There isn’t user-specific (as in the user querying) information returned so it seems to me it should be available to apps for app-only auth.

Nevermind. I see it returns if you are following them or not. I wish there was a user search method that didn’t require user context.
