What is the "error code 33"

At what kind of rate are you sending friendships/destroy requests on behalf of that many users? What’s the consumer key of your application? What do you do when you’re faced with non-200 series HTTP codes? Is it possible that your application is being automated by abusive parties? Are you performing automated following and unfollowing or is everything user-driven?
