What is alternative solution for get user_id or screen_name querying by user e-mail or mobile phone?

I want to get the twitter screan_name or user_id by using email id or mobile phone.
I know this is not yet all possible. but please suggest me an alternative solution to achieve this requirement.

This is not possible, and there are no alternative methods available. You can search for Twitter users via descriptive name text (users/search) or select them via user_id or screen_name (users/show).

No, there are no plans to offer different methods to lookup Twitter users via that kind of metadata.
