Can someone please clarify what is meant by “aggregate analysis”? Does this mean that I would need to analyse my dataset as a whole rather than analysing individual tweets separately? If this is the case I assume it would be impossible to display individual tweets to support my results?
Hey there! Thanks for asking about this. We do prohibit specific and individual Tweets and users from being identified (and their data shared) in studies, which is why the “aggregate” term is used. Please do not pull out individual Twitter users for scrutiny in your publications. This would not be appropriate.
