What i cannot have access to create an add?

I try to do promote USPhysioMED add in twitter and it doesn’t let me to proceed. always send to my account without any respond what it is issues.

I understand you’re having an issue, but I’m not very clear about what is the exact issue you’re seeing. Could you elaborate it more? Did you create your Ads account? Do you have an Ads account ID?
