What happened to Product Card label/data 3 and 4?

When I implemented the Twitter Product Card months ago, I’m pretty sure label/data 3 and 4 meta tags were listed. Now I see the Product Card appears to support only label/data 1 and 2. Is this correct? Have label/data 3 and 4 been dropped?
