What do i need to do to enable the sign in with twitter advantage to my intuit mysticmusings.org website? Or is there certain criteria needed to enable this?

I am ensured two domains for a year due to google and intuit offering a free website domain and hosting with a 3 page limit. I would love for clickers to have the option to sign in using twitter button on my site. Does anyone have any advice or critique that can help me along the way? Thank you for your time
