I’m running a sales business. I want to send DM to my customers. I know I can only send 1000 DM per day and 5 DM per user apart from that what are the rules should i follow to not get blocked/banned?
P.S: My DM messages are the same for everyone.

This is generally a bad idea, i’m not twitter but i’ve seen other people get restricted from sending the same DM to many people.

This is only viable if the people DM you first, in that case, an auto response or welcome message is a better idea: POST direct_messages/welcome_messages/new | Docs | Twitter Developer Platform
