We're building a social connectivity application that will make life easier for website owners to integrate various social media systems into their websites, is this allowed under the T&Cs?

Our planned system will be designed to make it ridiculously easy for web owners (without any real coding ability) to integrate social connectivity systems into their sites. We will be looking to add OAuth functionality into the system, and will ensure that no privacy/ content or spam rules are breeched.

We will be looking to monetize the platform by asking subscribers to pay a low monthly charge. As a web design agency we would charge clients for building this functionality into their sites, all we are looking to do is to provide an automated system for doing so.

I just want to check that this will not contrevene paragraph 1 - 4 - A: of https://dev.twitter.com/terms/api-terms/2011-04-13

“4. You will not attempt or encourage others to:
A: sell, rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute, or syndicate access to the Twitter API or Twitter Content to any third party without prior written approval from Twitter.”

Please advise, look forward to hearing from you!
