It worked for me, thanks ! Best regards, Alex from Brasil ( http://www.significadosnomes.com/ )
Hi so I have the tags set up and everything and the validator works but the actual tweets don’t show the content they are supposed to. Here is the website http://www.inboxquiz.com/spirit/. After taking a small quiz a modal is shown and the user should be able to tweet the results with the image and description. The card only shows the link…
Hi Greg, our crawler is looking for a robots.txt file on your site to see if we have permission to retrieve the image. Since this file doesn’t exist (http://inboxquiz.com/robots.txt), the crawler is unable to get the photo and therefore does not render the card. For more information about robots.txt, check out: https://dev.twitter.com/docs/cards/troubleshooting#twitterbot
Also note that your tags are invalid if anyone should share your URL before taking the quiz. Two of these tags are invalid and should be updated:
Thanks! So I have made the robots.txt file. I’m not worried about sharing before taking the quiz since the share button will not appear before then. However the card still isn’t working… Any more ideas?
The card rendered for me when sharing results! Perhaps you need to refresh the page/timeline to see the “view summary” option on the tweet?
I tried that and also had a friend test out the button and it also didn’t work for them. I changed it so that only the domain-name url is in the tweet. In addition to the card I wanted the tweet to have the line of text that’s in the title section but that isn’t showing either.
Our twitter cards don’t seem to be working either however, our card was validated with your validation tool. Please review our latest tweet:
You can run the validation on the tweet and see that it does validate. What is the issue?
I am having the same problem. My blog was validated and the twitter card worked the first time. The second time I got it to work after multiple tries. After that, I haven’t been able to get a twitter card to display for any of my links to my page. Here are a few examples:
Hi all
I have same issue my web site is http://gopalyadav.com my all card was approved by my page http://gopalyadav.tumblr. com but till today not a single card appear i waited my all time to learning and execution for validity of my Twitter account when i pest some links of Twitter i loss some content of site anf nothing was achieved here :
my Twitter cards approved . Coding in place on website but no Twitter cards appear when i post
I don’t understand. Do I have to apply for each page of my website? Tweets from my site don’t show the “view summary” unless I’ve specifically applied for that complete URL. If I applied for my root (http://wetravelandblog.com) shouldn’t everything from my site get a card?
I have applied it to all the pages on our website. Some use the summary card, others use the summary card with a large image. The site is http://www.facemediagroup.co.uk. All work fine in the card validator but don’t show when I tweet the URL/share a page on the site. Any help appreciated.

Hi,
We have been approved for twitter photo cards, but the image is only showing when we click into the tweet but not in the feed itself.
Our Twitter Feed: https://twitter.com/COED
Clicking into individual post: https://twitter.com/COED/status/491383907728625664
Do we know why that would be happening? We have seen posts from other accounts where the image displays in the feed - ideally we want the same action.

Hey @COED, only attached photos, Vines, and player cards are automatically expanded in a timeline. Photo cards need to be expanded to see the content. You could upload an image when posting a tweet to include expanded content with an article. Several publishers do just this and keep the card meta tags in place for when their users tweet the content.

Looks like your card is working! Perhaps there was just a delay between your approval email and it actually rendering.

Hi Kaifeng, I would suggest two things. (1) Do not leave card tags blank. Either give twitter:domain, twitter:site, and twitter:creator values, or remove the tags completely. (2) Do not include empty app tags. Similarly, either fill in these tags or remove all nine of them.
Try validating your card after these changes and tweet the URL again to see if the problem is resolved.
