What have I done wrong for it not to show up?

your card is showing up for me when you click expand on the tweet, see https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1312244/Twitter-oxbridgemedia.png for how it looks.

Thanks for your reply Evil Piper, following meta tags within blogger

Why can I not see this card summary within my Twitter or have I got to do something else for it to show in Home/Notifications/Discover or Me.

I know it reads like being silly, but am I missing something or is the summary card hidden in Twitter somewhere, something so simple?

I’m Andy - @evilpiper is my test account

So if you go to my profile twitter.com/evilpiper you’ll see the tweet right under my pinned tweet with photo at the top. It looks like this:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1312244/summary.png

Click the View Summary link and the card shows beneath the tweet.

Similarly, if you go to the @evilpiper profile in one of our Twitter mobile clients, and tap on the tweet, you will see the card underneath the text.

In addition to post code here, you need to surround it with code tags, otherwise it will not show up. I’ve modified your two posts to include the tags so your meta tags from the html show up.

Thanks for the great work Andy, very helpful.
How did you get the longer url below in your example

http://contentmarketprinciples.blogspot.co.uk/2014/06/marketing-content-who-cares-wins.html

The blogger URL is much shorter http://contentmarketprinciples.blogspot.co.uk

Also is the short link - like a bit.ly link or is this a Twitter link for posting in a new Tweet?

The blogger top level URL is for the top of your site, but not the individual post in your blog. I posted the link to the individual post. I got that by grabbing it from the Blog Archives sidebar on your front page.

The short link - you mean the t.co link? that is Twitter’s URL shortener, similar to bit.ly. Take a look here https://dev.twitter.com/docs/tco-url-wrapper for more information on that.

Thanks Andy for you great help, it looks so easy when you know where to look., Regards, Adrian

My article won’t show in my twitter card. It shows the tittle and discription of the homepage and it links to the right article. But it doesn’t show a picture or the articles title/summary.
Am I doing something wrong?

Edit: With one article it worked: http://www.seriesgids.com/528/alphas-laura-mennell-zal-rol-vertolken-haven
https://twitter.com/SeriesGids/status/478844258468638720

My cards don’t show summary and picture. Only website name and discription. They link to the right article. I hade one tweet where it did show up right with a picture and a summary but after that never again.

Am I doing something wrong?

Sorry for the messages. Seems to have fixed itself.

Glad to hear things are resolved! If you need further assistance, feel free to reply here or start a new discussion.

Can you help me?

if you tweet a link to a page where you have cards metadata markup, you should see a card in the “expanded” area of the tweet.

Hi, I see a card in that tweet when I open it in my browser, with image and description. Looks good to me.
