Website Card Specs

I’m trying to insert a website card for an ad campaign (format 800*320).

Once my image is downloaded as the website card, the preview displays the entire picture as it should.
However, the picture is then cropped even though it has the right dimensions.

Have the specs changed?

@ADventori: Please provide:

• an account ID
• a website card ID associated with that account
• a link to a Tweet that includes the website card referenced above

Also, please take a look at our Taller website cards announcement around recent changes. This shouldn’t have an impact, though, since your image is 5:2, but with the requested information, we can take a look.
