Website approved - cards not working

My website is approved but twitter cards don’t work!
The link used for approval is http://www.whytube.it/pov-crane-climb-in-southampton/ and everything seems fine in the validation tool.
Why is that?

I have the same problem.
The approved site is: http://storiedellarte.com (@storiedellarte)
Jetpack is installed. Everything worked fine until a few months ago.

It seems that the problem is not in Jetpack.

The twitter card sometimes appears correctly:

• for example: https://twitter.com/Carlotta_Ma/status/430674502821744641

But sometimes it appears and then disappears, for example:

How can I fix the problem?

@whytubeit, your cards are not displaying because double quotes are breaking your meta tags. For example,

<meta name="twitter:description" content="When asked why he went up there to die, James Kingston replied: "I didn't go up there to die. I went up there to live.""/>

Are you setting up cards manually or using the Wordpress plugin?

After a few hours cards started to work.
I am using a plugin "JM Twitter Cards"
Now some cards are fine some are not.
Anyhow, my main goal is having the featured image automatically visible.
Is it possible to have the summary always visible (without having to click on “view summary”)?
