Website app card is approved in validator but doesn't show app install when making a promoted card

If I just tweet the url I see the app install feature, however, if I make a card for promotion using the URL, I don’t see the app install feature.

What’s the issue?

Hey Chris,

It looks like the card you’ve set-up in a website card, not an app install card. In tweeting this card from my handle it appeared with the website card CTA and did not display with any app install references. Do you have specific tweets that this is displaying in an unexpected way that we can take a look at?
