Hello,

Is there any SLA defined for latency between an operation being executed and the time for the event to be received on the webhook?

I am asking as events sometimes take more than 5 seconds and I would like to have specific value so that I can run integration tests with the API for Tweetinvi.

I do not believe there’s a specific SLA here, and that performance can vary a bit - but it should not be “very long”. I’ll see whether there’s a “ballpark” figure that we could suggest for tests.

Hi Thomas - I’ve asked about this and the response was “no SLA - most of the time this should be sub 3-5 seconds”. I do understand that you’d like something more concrete or deterministic, but that’s the response from the product team. I hope it can help you a little bit. We really appreciate all the work you put into Tweetinvi on behalf of all of our users!
